A Woman’s Eyes

Gaze into her eyes and you’ll see,

An ocean filled with love and prophecy.

Her eyes keep a check on people around,

Try to judge real from those unsound.

Her eyes see the world from a creator’s lens,

Shows faith and trust on the light it bends.

Her eyes turn wet and dry as the seasons change,

Still refuses to douse the fire that seems strange.

Her eyes reflect a lover’s promise and hope of colorful rays,

Only should she blink and catch the beginning of new days.
